If you are a credentialed minister in good standing, will not be attending the national convention, and would like to vote absentee, please use the Minister’s Absentee Request form below to request an absentee ballot by May 1.

If you are a lead pastor and would like church delegates to vote at the convention or by absentee ballot, please take the following steps:

1. Call a meeting of the governing board of your church and appoint the number of delegates allowed for your church (one voting delegate per 100 active members of the church or fraction thereof).

2. Complete the Official 2023 Convention Delegate Appointment Resolution Form using the associated form below.

3. If any of the delegates on the form will not be attending the national convention and would like to vote absentee, please check the box on the form requesting absentee ballot.  All absentee ballot requests must be received by May 1.

Remember only registered and seated delegates will be able to vote at convention, so not only will convention attending delegates need to be on a delegate appointment resolution form, they will also have to be registered for convention.

Requested absentee ballots will not be sent out by the national office until after May 1 and they will be required to be returned in the official envelope included with the ballot by June 1. To maintain the integrity of the secret ballot election, no absentee ballots will be sent or received electronically, and no lost ballots will be resent. If the election at convention requires more than one ballot, absentee ballots will be counted only on the first ballot.
